Local, not a national call centre
We're based in Yorkshire & Lincolnshire, and that's who turns up to survey and install your system — not a subcontractor booked through a national franchise. You can speak to the same team from your first message through to the day the install's finished.
Still accountable, years later
Every install comes with a 25-year warranty on the panels themselves, 10 years on the battery if you have one, 5 years on the inverter, and 6 years covering our own workmanship. If something's wrong with how it was fitted, that's on us to put right — not something you have to chase up years down the line.
Working towards full certification
Our MCS registration is currently in progress, and we're joining the Qualitymark financial protection scheme for extra peace of mind alongside it. We'll always be upfront about where we're at with accreditation — ask us directly if it matters for your install or any grant you're relying on.
